promotional codes distributed at events are given on the understanding that the offer will last as long as stocks last, and or 6months from the date of the event at which the flyer was distributed (whichever comes soonest). The value of the gift will be based upon the recommended retail price for the item(s).
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return any item bought from us due to a change of mind or unwanted gift we will offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage incurred. Items must be returned to us in a good and saleable condition, in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for their own postage unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made by us. Please email us your reason for return, order number and description, prior to sending back the item.
Items bought at events are sold as sight seen. If there are any issues or faults they must be pointed out at that time. We check all items for faults before sale and actively encourage our customers to check their purchases . We do not, therefore, issue refunds once an item has been purchased, unless in exceptional circumstances.
Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Non Delivered Goods
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay caused by Royal Mail.
Any items returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect address from the customer and requires re-posting, will be charged to the customer (both Royal Mail return charge and our re-posting charge) or if a refund is required this will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail.
The Victorian Geek is a secure shopping site and accepts payments through our secure payment processing Paypal. A Paypal
account is, therefore, needed to purchase. Please note that we are unable to send an order out until payment has been received and has cleared.
Products will nornmally be posted within 24 hours of cleared funds except weekends and are sent out by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.
Items should be with you within 3-5 working days unless specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays by Royal Mail.
